EASE OF ACCESS
No Set-Up Screens
Digital printing works straight from your design file with virtually no setup required, making the entire process faster, simpler, and more cost-effective.
There’s no need for complicated preparation or colour separation, which means quicker turnaround times and lower initial costs. It’s perfect for detailed artwork, gradients, photographs, and multi-colour designs, delivering sharp, vibrant results every time.
Digital printing is also ideal for small runs or one-off prints, giving businesses, event organisers, and creators the flexibility to order exactly what they need.
Unlike screen printing, which requires a separate screen to be created and set up for each individual colour, adding time, labour, and extra cost, digital printing offers speed, precision, and professional quality without the hassle.
VALUE
Cost Effective For Small Quantities
Digital printing is affordable even for a single item, making it the ideal choice for short runs, personalised products, test batches, and on-demand orders.
With no screens to create and no lengthy setup process, you can print exactly what you need, when you need it, without unnecessary costs. This means lower upfront expenses and greater flexibility for businesses and individuals alike.
In contrast, screen printing only becomes cost-effective at high volumes, since the setup process, creating screens, mixing inks, and preparing equipment, remains the same whether you print 10 items or 1,000.
As a result, smaller orders often come with a higher price per piece, while digital printing delivers professional, high-quality results without the commitment to large quantities.
OUTSTANDING FLEXIBILITY
Unlimited Colours & Detail
Screen printing charges per colour and struggles with gradients, the more colours, the more passes needed.
Digital printing handles full colour, photos, shading, and fine details effortlessly all in one operation.
EFFORTLESS OPERATION
Easy Customisation & Personalisation
With digital printing, every single print can be different, without any extra setup costs.
For example, you can personalise home fragrance labels with individual names, custom scents, or limited-edition designs, and customise spirit bottles with unique batch numbers, event branding, or personalised messages.
Variable artwork, seasonal variations, and short-run collaborations are all easy to produce within the same order.
In contrast, screen printing is built for repeating the exact same design every time, making changes between items time-consuming and costly.
Digital printing gives home fragrance and spirits brands the freedom to customise, adapt, and create standout packaging—without added complexity or expense.
DEADLINES ACHIEVED
Fast Turnaround
Digital printing works directly from your artwork, with no screens to make and no lengthy setup process required.
By eliminating traditional preparation stages, production can begin almost immediately.
The result? Faster turnaround times, streamlined workflows, and quicker delivery to your customers.
Whether you’re launching a new product, fulfilling a tight deadline, or producing a short-run order, digital printing keeps everything moving efficiently without compromising on quality.
SUSTAINABILITY AWARE
Less Waste & Eco-Friendly
Digital printing is a more sustainable choice, producing less waste throughout the process.
It uses only the ink required for each design, generates minimal water waste, and eliminates the need for screens that may go unused after a print run.
Because there’s no extensive setup or colour mixing, materials aren’t wasted before production even begins.
In contrast, screen printing often results in excess ink, water usage during cleaning, and unused screens or materials during setup.
With digital printing, you reduce waste while still achieving high-quality, professional results, making it a smarter and more eco-friendly option.
How does it work?
Digital printing is a modern printing method where a digital file (like a PDF or image) is printed directly onto paper or other materials, no printing plates needed.
Step-by-step: How Digital Printing Works
-
1. THE DIGITAL FILE
Everything starts with your digital design. This could be a PDF, JPEG, PNG, or other high-resolution format, created in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. The file contains all the instructions the printer needs, telling it exactly where each colour goes, pixel by pixel, for complete accuracy and detail.
-
2. FILE PROCESSING
Before printing begins, your file passes through RIP (Raster Image Processor) software. Think of this as a translator between your design and the printer. It converts the artwork into printer-readable data, breaks the image down into microscopic dots, and carefully manages colour accuracy and ink usage to ensure the final result matches your vision.
-
3. PRINTING - THE MAGIC
Once processed, the design is sent to the printer.
Inkjet Digital Printing
The printer sprays microscopic droplets of ink directly onto the surface, placing them with extreme precision. This method is commonly used for paper, photos, fabric, posters, labels, and packaging.
-
4. INK BONDING/FIXING
After the ink is applied, it needs to bond securely to the material. Depending on the application, this can happen through UV light (for UV digital printing).
This stage ensures durability, colour vibrancy, and a professional finish. -
5. THE FINISHED PRODUCT
Once fixed, the product is ready almost immediately.
There are no drying racks, no additional colour passes, and no lengthy waiting times. Production is streamlined, efficient, and fast.
What are the differences between Digital Printing & Screen Printing?
NO PHYSICAL TOOLS
Speed, precision and lower cost
Screen printing pushes ink through physical stencils, requiring separate screens and setup for each colour.
Digital printing, however, places ink exactly where it’s needed using digital instructions. No physical tools need to change between designs, which means faster turnaround, easy customisation, and greater flexibility.
Unlike screen printing, which requires a separate screen to be created and set up for each individual colour, adding time, labour, and extra cost, digital printing offers speed, precision, and professional quality without the hassle.
WIDER PRODUCT VARIETY

Our advanced print options allow us to deliver high-quality finishes across a wide variety of products.
With a dedicated in-house design team, we ensure your artwork looks exactly how you envision it, sharp, vibrant, and professionally produced every time.
SAMPLE SPEED OF DELIVERY
Faster Turnaround
Our sample turnaround time is typically 7 to 10 working days once the digital proof is approved, payment is received, and we have the vessels ready on site.
For faster processing, payment can be made conveniently through our website. The same high-quality tooling used in production applies to your samples.
For production orders of up to 1,000 pieces, lead times are also approximately 7-10 working days from sample approval, payment, and receipt of your production order vessels.
Orders larger than 1,000 pieces will be scheduled individually, depending on our production availability, to ensure your order is handled with the care and quality it deserves.
