Can I place an order over the phone?
No, sorry. Due to traceability requirements and GDPR, we are unable to take orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through this website.
Can we collect our order?
Collection is not available at present, but it is something we are looking to offer in the future. Sign up for our email updates and we will let you know once it becomes available.
Do you offer decoration services?
Not directly, but we work closely with a fantastic decoration partner and can refer you if needed.
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
You can leave special instructions for the courier during checkout if you are not going to be home.
How do I make a complaint?

How quickly will you dispatch my order?
Orders placed before 12pm will usually be dispatched the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. You can complete a return request from your customer account section on this website or by contacting our Customer Services team.
I have received my order, but something is missing or broken. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Services team with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will resolve it quickly.
Can I amend my order after I have checked out and paid?
