Important Returns Information
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We are happy to accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns for Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items
If you no longer want an item or ordered it by mistake, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and communicate prior to returning the items at customerservices@simplyglassbottles.com
Please note:
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that when returning items, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are repackaged in such a way as to ensure their safe return.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the item arrives back to us in the same condition as it was sent.
Returns without prior agreement may be refused and will be held at the customer's risk.
On receipt of the returned items and subject to the items being inspected and in good condition, a full refund or credit will be raised to the value of the goods and returned to the card used to make the original purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will apply if we agree to accept returned goods after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We take great care to pick & package all items securely to ensure they arrive safely. However, on rare occasions, items may be packed incorrectly or damaged during transit. If you receive a faulty, damaged,
or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@simplyglassbottles.com
and Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Photo evidence of the issue
- A brief description
Any relevant details (e.g. batch codes, quantity)
Our customer service team will work quickly to resolve any issues. We will either send replacements for any damaged goods or issue a refund for their value. While we often choose to replace damaged items, please note that the decision to refund or replace remains at our discretion.
On occasions it is not economical to reship small quantities of products to customers and on these occasions, we will refund the entire cost of the broken goods and where the order is unusable the shipping too.
Additional Notes
We strongly recommend ordering 10% extra when purchasing glass products to cover any potential transit damage. We only refund for the damaged items, not for replacement of the full order.
Please evaluate products in small batches before full production as we are unable to refund, or credit used items.
If a fault is due to our error, we can only refund the faulty item—not other materials used with it.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Returns must be in original condition, with all packaging intact.
Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed once it arrives.
